Please email us your contact details including your address, phone number and photos of your existing gate and gate posts to info@sagate.com.au and we will contact you.
We only manufacture commercial and industrial gates, and due to our current work load we are not manufacturing residential gates.
We would be happy to provide you with some recommendations for manufacturers for residential gates if you email us at info@sagate.com.au with your suburb and gate material request
Please test the remote battery. If it is still not working please call or email us.
Please check that power is connected to the gate motor and the track is clear from obstructions. If you have the motor box key you should be able to manually override the gate motor so you can open/close the gate in the meantime. Please call or email us if you are still unable to operate your gate.
Unfortunately we do not manufacture residential gates. We do specialise in automation so would be happy to provide you with a quotation to automate your new gates once installed.
Please check that power is connected to your swing gate motor. Please ensure the gates are not obstructed by debris, stones etc. Please call or email us if you are still unable to operate your gate.
This usually means there is a power issue or obstruction of the gate. Please check the control board screen for warnings and contact us if you are unable to rectify the problem.
We do not recommend programming in remotes yourself, as it can be quite easy to wipe all remotes already programmed into the receiver. It’s best to leave it to the experts. Please send us an email or give us a call.
We recommend servicing your gate motors every 2-5 years, depending on the amount of usage. It is important to have regular servicing to help to maintain the gates reliability and functionality, and to have them operating with maximum performance.
