Research & Development

Our supplier company Centsys invests considerably in its Research and Development program and currently employs 15 fully qualified engineers. Centsys R&D department is responsible for both the design of new products and the production lines on which they are manufactured.The electronics skill set includes embedded hardware, firmware and software design, power supply design, RF/RFID design, while the mechanical abilities include 3D modelling, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and gear design.

Operations Manager

With her extensive knowledge Sarah provides our customers with peace of mind and reassurance that they are being looked after through superb customer service and knowledge of the industry. Assistant Manager

Nicolle has been a part of the team at SA Gate Automation for just over 2 years. Nicolle manages the invoicing and customer assistance, where she helps customers with enquiries and pricing Mondays through to Wednesdays. Nicolle has a working history in property and service management and has helped the SA Gate office modernise our systems to make communication with our technicians and customers an easier and smoother process.



Service Co-Ordinator

Megan has recently joined our growing team and is generally the first person you will speak with Wednesday through Fridays when you call or visit our office. Megan manages our service staff schedules and bookings, completes customer invoicing, and provides excellent customer service over the phone or in person. Megan has a work history with customer assistance and customer care.




Natasha has a wide range of skills which enable her to assist in just about every area of the business. From customer service in the office to assisting our team with installations; Natasha is a valued member of the team. Natasha manages our stock control and orders and ensures our team have everything they need to provide our customers with the best products in the market.
